Location: Leeds (Hybrid working available)

Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

An established and respected law firm in Leeds is seeking a CICA Lawyer to join their expanding Personal Injury department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with at least 12 months’ experience handling Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims to develop their expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The Role:
Managing your own caseload of CICA claims from initial instruction through to settlement

Liaising with clients, the CICA, and medical experts

Preparing and submitting applications, reviews, and appeals

Providing clear, compassionate advice to clients who have suffered as victims of crime
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months’ experience dealing with CICA claims
