Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CIAM Lead Engineer to drive transformation initiatives across our CIAM and Access Management/SSO landscapes. This role will be pivotal in delivering secure, scalable, identity solutions across the enterprise. Duties & Responsibilities Lead IAM Transformation: Drive modernization efforts across customer and workforce identity platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational security and scalability goals. Platform Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting identity-related issues and platform challenges. Documentation & Design: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system wireframes, and technical documentation to support IAM processes.
