About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CI Flexo Print Manager to lead our flexographic printing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI (Central Impression) Flexo printing, production management, quality control, process optimization, and team leadership within the flexible packaging industry. Flexography is widely used for flexible packaging, films, laminates, and other packaging substrates. 

• Manage day-to-day operations of CI Flexo printing machines.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum machine utilization.
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, registration, and wastage control.
