- Work directly with clients, including both local and global teams, to survey, discuss, and clarify requirements for implementing technology solutions, particularly the company’s SaaS products.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with system capabilities, compliance standards, and organizational objectives.
- Analyze business processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and document them clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRS, SRS, user guides, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with development teams to design scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that meet business needs and company strategies.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and operation of new systems.
