- Provide technical advice and support about fitting to customers, factories, merchandisers
- Communicate with designer on buyer’s side
- Provide guidelines to ensure fitting meets product specifications
- Identify customers’ fitting requirements based on their design concepts/sketches/photos
- Provide guidelines on production processes
- Manage the team to ensure team’s working effectiveness
- Apply appropriate quality as required by technical team according to product category
- Provide technical advice and support to design, merchandising and production team during product development and production
- Oversee the team in daily work in fit approval, size set sample sealing, paper pattern knowledge
- Responsible for handover of the new developments and liaise with relevant parties
