- Partner platforms (API integrations, embedded insurance)
- Ensure seamless omnichannel experience across Agency, Banca, and Partnerships
3. Data-Driven Performance Management: Define and track KPIs:
- Digital sales trackingΒ
- Conversion rates
- Customer engagement & retention
- Use analytics to optimize funnel performance and user journeys
- Realized benefit reporting post launch
