Position Overview

1. 负责日常菜品的加工、烹饪与出品,确保色、香、味、形及营养搭配符合标准;
2. 严格执行食品安全操作规范,落实厨房卫生、食材储存、餐具消毒等各项管理要求;
3. 配合完成菜单更新、成本控制、物料申领及后厨设备日常维护等工作;
4. 遵守劳动纪律与岗位操作规程,服从工作安排,保障供餐服务及时、安全、有序。

1. 具备高中及以上学历,持有有效《健康证》及相应等级厨师职业资格证书(如中式烹调师初级及以上);
2. 具有1年以上餐饮行业后厨实操经验,熟悉常见菜系制作流程与基本刀工、火候、调味技能;
3. 具备良好的食品安全意识、团队协作能力与责任心,能适应餐饮服务行业的排班与工作节奏;
4. 无传染病及其他依法不得从事食品生产经营活动的健康限制情形。
