Position Overview

1. 负责厨房日常运营管理,统筹菜品研发、标准化制作及出品质量控制;
2. 制定并执行食材采购计划、成本管控方案及食品安全管理制度,确保符合国家餐饮服务相关法规要求;
3. 组织开展厨师团队培训与绩效管理,指导岗位技能提升,保障团队稳定与高效协作;
4. 监督落实食品卫生、消防安全及操作规范,定期排查并整改安全隐患;
5. 配合门店运营需求,优化菜单结构与出餐流程,提升顾客满意度与运营效率。

1. 具有2年及以上中型以上餐饮企业后厨管理经验,熟悉中式热菜或综合菜系制作与管理流程;
2. 持有有效的《健康证明》及相应等级的中式烹调师职业资格证书(中级及以上);
3. 熟悉《食品安全法》《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》等法律法规,具备食品安全风险识别与处置能力;
4. 具备良好的组织协调能力、团队管理意识和抗压能力,能适应轮班工作安排;
5. 无传染性疾病病原携带限制情形,符合国家关于餐饮从业人员健康准入的相关规定。
