Position Overview
中餐及宴会厨房/西厨房/西饼房实习生:
1.在厨师长及带教师傅指导下,参与各厨房日常备料、切配、烹制、装盘等基础操作;
2.遵守食品安全与卫生规范,保持操作区域整洁有序,落实餐具、设备清洁消毒要求;
3.协助完成食材验收、库存盘点及损耗记录等辅助性工作;
4.积极参与岗位培训与技能考核,按计划完成实习阶段学习任务。
1.大专及以上在校学生,所学专业为烹饪、餐饮服务、食品加工等相关方向,实习期半年及以上;
2.对餐饮行业有基本认知和从业意愿,具备良好的学习能力、责任心及团队协作意识;
3.身体健康,无传染性疾病,能适应厨房高温、快节奏工作环境。
