About the role
We have exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisor at our ILAC Store on a seasonal Christmas temporary contract. 
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.
What will you be doing?
Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
Till work including processing cash and card payments.
Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
Merchandising/display.
