1. 协助领导进行日常运营管理工作，包括人员排班、服务流程督导及现场服务质量把控；
2. 协调前厅与后厨工作衔接，及时处理顾客咨询、投诉及突发情况，保障顾客用餐体验；
3. 执行食品安全与卫生管理制度，监督餐厅环境、餐具、设备及员工操作规范符合国家相关标准；
4. 参与员工基础培训与带教，协助提升团队服务意识与专业能力；
5. 按要求完成营业数据记录、物料盘点及交接班报告等日常行政事务。

1. 具有2年及以上中餐厅或同类餐饮服务场所一线主管经验，熟悉中式餐饮服务标准与运营流程；
2. 持有高中或同等学历证书，具备良好的沟通协调能力与基本文字表达能力；
3. 具备基础食品安全知识，持有有效健康证明；
4. 责任心强，抗压能力好，能适应餐饮行业弹性工作时间安排；
5. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业服务文化。
