Position Overview
1. 热情迎接并问候顾客,保持整洁、得体、友善的职业形象,符合岗位着装及仪容仪表规范要求。
2. 熟悉餐厅预订信息与顾客情况,主动识别并妥善服务常客及重要宾客。
3. 准确、高效完成收银结算工作,确保账款清晰、系统操作规范、票据开具合规。
4. 熟悉餐厅菜品、促销活动及周边服务信息,能为顾客提供准确、礼貌的咨询与引导。
5. 及时响应顾客需求与反馈,对异常情况或服务问题第一时间上报主管人员。
1. 具备1年以上餐饮行业收银或前台服务相关工作经验;
2. 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识与应变能力;
3. 熟练操作收银系统及办公软件,具备基本财务核算意识;
4. 遵守职业操守,无违法违纪记录,能接受排班制工作安排。
