Children’s Senior Support Worker (Boarding Welfare) at William Morris School

William Morris school part of Novalis Trust, is a charity that supports children with neurodevelopmental difficulties. The school is one of the few educational establishments in the country to adopt a truly ‘trauma-informed’ and ‘trauma-responsive’ approach to care, therapy and education.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Welfare (Boarding) Worker to work in our small 39-week boarding provision, due to open in September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role in the opening and development of a new provision. You will support the Head of Boarding in creating a positive environment that enables pupils to meet their outcomes and work closely with staff from our therapeutic, Youth Support, Care and Education teams.
