In this role, you will:
Lead and manage a children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.Create a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for children with complex needs.Oversee staff development, performance, and wellbeing.Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to support each child’s care plan.Drive continuous improvement and uphold the organisation’s values and mission.
