We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join a busy Children's Social Care service in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader with a strong background in safeguarding and children's services to manage and support a team of Social Workers and Personal Advisors.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a frontline Children's Social Care team, ensuring high-quality practice, effective safeguarding, and positive outcomes for children and families.
