Team Model: Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT) Each physician is supported by a dedicated RN, LPN and MSA and has expanded support from clinical pharmacy, social work, mental health, and nutrition.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship (required)
M.D. or D.O. degree
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active and unrestricted medical license (from any U.S. state or territory)
