This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to:

• Provide support to Lawyers and act as a point of contact on a variety of cases undertaking tasks including but not limited to:
o Taking instructions;
o Undertaking research;
o Supporting solicitors with drafting court applications, court documents;
o Taking statements from foster carers and or other agencies etc;
o Perusing reports and statements from the client department;
o Filing and serving documents;
o Liaising with various agencies to collate evidence;
o Creating and updating court bundles; and
o Collecting statistics;
• Hold a small case load of private law matters; and
• Active involvement in client care and business development
