Overall Job Responsibility The Service Coordination and Management Division provides dedicated help to persons with disabilities and caregivers who require disability support and services. We enhance clients' service journey and ensure that children with developmental needs (CDN) and their caregivers receive dedicated help through providing person-centered support and service coordination. We support caregivers in the referral process for their CDNs to gain access to appropriate Early Intervention (EI) services and community partners. The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive provides operational and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations and service delivery.
