Position Overview
Title : Chief/Senior Accountant
Key Responsibilities - Manage accounting operations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements in line with UAE regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax, VAT, and labor laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls.
- Communicate financial insights to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5‑7 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
