Set and execute the company's technology strategy to support a scalable, secure fintech platform.Lead engineering, payments infrastructure, platform architecture, data, and technology operations.Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across mission‑critical transaction systems.Partner with Product, Commercial, Risk, and Operations to deliver compliant, customer‑focused digital solutions.Own cybersecurity, technology risk, data privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.Drive platform modernisation, adoption of emerging technologies, and engineering best practices.Build and lead a strong technology leadership team; manage budgets, vendors, and strategic partners.
