Assist the General Manager in the preparation of strategic and operational plans as approved by the Board of Directors and ensure timely and efficient execution.
Work closely with the Chief Financial and Operations Officer to set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget for each brand represented for the region in the Business Unit (BU).
Identify potential markets for the company's brands and products.
Evaluate the development of new brands and products and develop business cases that are value-added and sustainable.
Drive new business development by pursuing lead generation, networking, and attending industry events.
Expand the company's customer base and increase its market share across the region.
Prepare and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to management team as and when required.
