This premier asset manager is well-positioned for growth and is seeking to recruit a highly capable Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. Responsibilities Reporting to the CEO and as part of the executive committee, you will develop and maintain corporate-wide risk and regulatory management framework, policies and programs covering financial and non-financial risks and compliance. You will advise and facilitate senior management's understanding of the various types of risks and regulations, develop and manage the risk and governance systems, lead the discussion with senior management on risk and regulatory issues and resolutions, and participate in key decision-making processes as a member of the executive committee. You will be the key contact point with the Group on various risk and compliance related topics.
