Product Strategy
Define long term product strategy that is aligned with the company’s overall strategy to achieve sustainable profitability and business growthBe an active participant in industry events, task force, think tank to represent SLHK and make influence to industry wide changes / regulations.Develops a strategic approach to the product development plan to create a competitive and market leading product proposition.Leverages insight, market dynamics, research, and the competition so products satisfy customer and distribution channels’ needs.Maintains a strategic approach to the product roadmap to identify and respond to changes in the market and external environment.Product Development and Pricing
