Requirements

• BSc Qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa as a physiotherapist.
• 3 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Community based rehabilitation experience.
• Prepared to undergo a technical assessment.
• Supervisory experience is an added advantage.

Duties

• Manage, plan, coordinate and implement physiotherapy service in the district focusing on the community-based rehabilitation strategy.
• Plan, coordinate and implement prevention and promotion campaigns for physiotherapy.
• Supervise junior staff and community service therapists including performance appraisal.
