With a B2B operating model, the company is also building IPO‑ready governance, compliance discipline, and scalable operating infrastructure. The People team is positioned as a core function, with immense potential to continue contributing to value creation, working in close partnership with the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board.
This role reports directly to the CEO and operates as a true strategic partner, shaping enterprise direction well beyond traditional HR leadership.
