SIAC Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will report to the CEO, support the CEO and Registrar, and work closely with the SIAC Board of Directors and the SIAC Court of Arbitration, on the implementation and running of SIAC’s day-to-day corporate functions, operational matters, projects, and initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced, versatile individual with relevant experience in running and overseeing the corporate operations of an organisation, particularly in the areas of finance, people development and HR, regulatory compliance, technology implementation and adoption, services and process design and development, culture and organisational transformation as well as internal capacity building.

The ideal candidate should possess multi-disciplinary skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as both a leader and team player in a fast-paced environment.
