Retail Operations Management

• Lead and manage the overall performance of all retail outlets to ensure operational efficiency and consistency
• Oversee daily store operations across multiple locations
• Drive improvements in store productivity, sales performance, and customer experience
• Optimize manpower planning, staffing structures, and workforce deployment
• Enhance in-store visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets
• Manage and execute new store opening processes from planning to launch
