The Chief Operating Officer will have full responsibility for day-to-day operations across all logistics verticals. This role will drive operational performance, cost optimisation and service quality across multi‑site operations. A key mandate will be standardising processes, strengthening operational governance and improving margin control. The COO will oversee large operational teams and ensure alignment between commercial commitments and delivery capability.
