Basic Responsibilities

The Osoyoos Indian Band Development Corporation (OIBDC) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and strengthen the operations of the Band’s diverse business portfolio while advancing new economic development opportunities aligned with the vision and values of the Osoyoos Indian Band.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will provide executive leadership across all business operations, ensuring organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, financial sustainability, and long-term growth.
