Job Description
1. Finance & Accounting Leadership
Oversee all financial management activities, including fund accounting, corporate accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of fund NAVs, valuation processes, performance reporting, and fee calculations.Manage relationships with auditors, administrators, tax advisors, fund boards, and external regulatory bodies.
2. Operations Management
Lead all front-to-back operational workflows for private equity and hedge fund businesses, including trade operations, settlement, capital call/distribution processes, investor onboarding, KYC/AML, and fund lifecycle operations.Oversee operational due diligence responses, investor reporting, and all middle‑office processes.
