We are seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the COO. This role is designed for a strong operator who thrives in fast‑moving environments, takes ownership of ambiguous problems, and ensures critical initiatives are executed effectively across the organization.

This is not a traditional administrative or purely strategic role. The Chief of Staff will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—owning key projects, improving internal operations, and helping the company scale with clarity and discipline.
