Core Responsibilities
+ Strategic Planning & Alignment: Work with the executive team to define company objectives, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure cross-functional projects stay on schedule.
+ Executive Support & Gatekeeping: Act as a thought partner to prioritize decisions, manage the executiveβs calendar, and ensure their time is spent on high-impact engagements.
+ Communications & Stakeholder Liaison: Bridge the gap between leadership and the rest of the organization by drafting speeches, newsletters, and pitch decks, and screening and routing internal/external requests.
+ Operations & Problem Solving: Oversee special projects, identify and assess risks, and streamline internal operations to improve team productivity.
+ Meeting & Decision Management: Prepare briefs and agendas for meetings, synthesize notes, and track the completion of actionable follow-ups.
