Position Overview
The Chief of Accounts is responsible for leading and managing the companyβs accounting department, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, supervises the accounts team, and provides strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
