**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As Chief Medical Officer, you will serve as the senior physician executive responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of physician services and medical staff administration across two hospitals, including a 25-bed critical access hospital. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening alignment between hospital leadership and the medical staff, driving clinical quality, patient safety, and overall performance.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and executive team to advance multidisciplinary approaches to care, while establishing and implementing standards, policies, and best practices across both sites to ensure consistency and excellence in clinical outcomes.
