Achieve sales targets within the assigned budget and ensure a conversion rate equal to or better than the minimum benchmark of the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop processes, regulations, guidelines, and shared tools for marketing activities, and monitor their implementation to improve marketing effectiveness.
Research marketing trends (channels, content, tools, technologies, etc.) to train and update the team.
Contribute to marketing strategies and plans for different customer segments.
Build, evaluate, and manage the customer experience journey.
Analyze marketing performance data to propose improvements and enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience managing a digital marketing budget of at least 50 billion VND and achieving a conversion rate at least equal to the industry minimum.
