Position Overview
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management - Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance, and audits - Administer and manage HRMS (KEKA), including configuration, reporting, and data governance - Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook - Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and culture-building activities - Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and documentation - Oversee performance management cycles, appraisals, and confirmations - Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and compliance MIS reports - Support HR audits and continuous process improvements
