This executive will serve as a key member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives sustainable revenue expansion and market differentiation.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the long-term care space — whether from the facility, provider, or managed care side — and has hands-on experience navigating the complexities of value-based care contracting, including participation in Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organizations. A strong understanding of how risk-based models intersect with LTC populations is essential.
