Business Head – Digital

About the Role

Looking for a Business Head – Digital who will work closely with the founders to build and scale the digital business from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role with a direct impact on revenue, growth strategy, and brand positioning . You will lead end-to-end digital growth across D2C/e-commerce, performance marketing, and retention , while managing lean teams (freelancers/agencies).

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Growth & Revenue Ownership

• Own end-to-end online revenue and growth targets
• Scale from 100 orders/day to a high-growth trajectory
• Build and execute GTM strategy for D2C expansion

2. Performance Marketing & Channels

• Lead paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.) and optimize CAC/LTV
• Identify and scale new acquisition channels
