As a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic leadership across financial and accounting operations, enterprise risk management, financial reporting, and the development of robust internal control and compliance frameworks.

The CFO plays an integral role in advancing the sustainable growth of Entente described in the Strategic Plan 2030, including by working in close partnership with the Director of Business Development to generate growth in membership and plan participation, partnership development, and revenue diversification initiatives.
