Pre-A to Pre-IPO stage Industry AI / Internet / Technology / Software Key Responsibilities Lead multiple fundraising rounds (Series A, B, and C), including fundraising strategy, financial modeling, due diligence management, investor engagement, and negotiations. Lead or play a key role in IPO preparation and execution (HKEX, NASDAQ/NYSE, STAR Market, etc.), coordinating external advisors such as investment banks, auditors, and legal counsels. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, capital markets participants, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Participate in corporate governance, compliance management, and capital structure optimization initiatives to support sustainable growth and maximize company valuation.
