Position Overview
Minimum requirements:
- Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with a valid certificate from SAICA
- Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Provide strategic financial input to the CEO and Board of Directors
- Lead long-term financial planning and capital allocation decisions
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential risks
- Oversee all financial operations
- Management of the reinsurance program
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and relevant regulations
- Present financial results and recommendations to the Board and stakeholders
