Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning and Management
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the groups long-term objectives. Provide financial input into overall business strategy and ensure alignment across subsidiaries. Lead financial planning and forecasting processes at both group and subsidiary levels.
Financial Reporting and Compliance
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). Ensure full compliance with IFRS and maintain proper accounting records for each entity. Manage and coordinate external audit processes; ensure clean audit outcomes. Oversee internal audit functions and ensure high standards of financial integrity.
Risk Management and Internal Controls
