ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking a Country CFO to lead finance for our Mexico operation, one of the group's core markets. You will own local financial performance, funding execution, regulatory compliance, and reporting, operating within the group's global frameworks and partnering closely with the Global CFO and the Country Manager
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial management & reporting Own Mexico's P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; deliver accurate, timely reporting under local GAAP and group IFRS. Lead local month-end close and feed consolidation to group on schedule. Manage the relationship with local external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
Funding & treasury (local execution) Execute and manage local funding facilities (bank lines, local debt) in coordination with group treasury and the Global CFO. Manage local liquidity, cash positioning, and FX/peso exposure. Maintain relationships with local banks, lenders, and financial counterparties.
