Act as a core member of the China executive team, contributing to business strategy, capital allocation and long-term value creation.Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance organisation with clear succession planning.Project & Construction Finance
Oversee financial and commercial management during construction, including PCOD delivery, funding optimisation, cost control and lender coordination.Lead financial input into EPC and offtaker settlements, claims, force majeure and change-in-law matters.Financial Planning, Reporting & Control
Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting across all projects.Ensure robust internal controls, ERP utilisation, statutory reporting and covenant compliance.Treasury, Funding & Stakeholder Management
