Position Overview
What you’ll do:
As Chief Financial Officer, you are a strategic partner to the CEO and part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing North Central Co-op’s financial strategy while leading key enterprise functions. You will oversee Finance, Asset Protection, Facilities & Fleet, and Information Technology, ensuring financial strength, operational excellence, and risk stewardship across the organization.
Lead the financial stewardship of the Co-op, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, financial reporting, tax, and compliance.Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on short- and long-term strategic planning, enterprise decision-making, and policy development.Develop and execute North Central Co-op’s financial strategy, including capital planning, investments, and merger or acquisition activity.Provide financial insight and economic analysis on matters of significant impa...
