Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the senior financial executive responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall financial strategy. This role partners directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive long-term growth, capital strategy, and enterprise value creation across a multi-brand QSR platform.

Strategic Leadership & Enterprise Planning

· Define and lead the company’s long-term financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives across multiple brands and markets.

· Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, capital allocation, and enterprise risk.

· Evaluate and structure expansion initiatives including new brand acquisitions, joint ventures, and geographic growth.
