Job Description:
Give the accounting and financial team supervision, leadership, and guidance.
Make strategic suggestions to the executive management team and the CEO.
Encourage the Group's budgeting and strategic planning efforts.
Encourage the creation of guidelines and practices that adhere to generally recognised accounting principles andbusiness policies that guarantee the implementation and observance of efficient internal controls
Oversee and guarantee that all legal entities are adhering to the applicable statutes and taxes.
Supervise all aspects of financial control, such as the examination and evaluation of monthly and quarterly reports and figures.
Assist project teams in aspects pertaining to finance, such as funding, assessment, tax structure, and financial due diligence.
