Position Overview
Responsibilities - To oversee operations efficiently.
- Provide leadership to engineering staff and develop a plan to - Increase revenue, profitability and growth through vertical and horizontal expansion.
- Ensure cost effective management, production efficiency and quality service.
- Manage resources and analyze production results and financial data.
- Analyze cost and quotations.
- Nourish and manage key customer relationships.
- Review activity reports to determine progress for reaching objectives.
- Ensure operation procedure compliance.
- Evaluate engineers performance.
Qualifications - 10 or 15 years experience,
- Contracting background
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background
- Preferable experience from UAE
- Fluency in Arabic and English
