Lead and manage the entire Finance & Accounts department located at various location.
Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and expansion plans.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
Monitor costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis for manufacturing operations.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, audits, and other regulatory requirements.
Manage internal financial controls, risk assessment, and audit processes.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
