Minimum Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Conservation or a related field
An MBA or a Post-Graduate business qualification will carry a distinct advantage
Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience in strategy implementation and organizational development, ideally within the non-profit, conservation or environmental sectors
Proven experience in resource mobilisation, fundraising and building strategic partnerships
Strong financial and business acumen, and understanding of organizational governance principles
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Must embody the company's values of respect, integrity, collaboration, innovation and sustainability
